We had a silly time at dinner, using cooking utensils to eat instead of knives & forks. The kids thought their parents had gone a little crazy at first...but they gave it a try and then really enjoyed it! Messy, but fun!!

Coloring
I love this picture! I came in the other day to find Greta had recruited Ethan's help in coloring her new princess book. He's such a sweet dad!

Now for some more recent stuff...
Greta's 5th birthday! Her birthday fell on Easter this year so we celebrated with an Easter-themed party on Saturday. The kids made little Easter baskets and went on an Easter egg/treasure hunt. It turned out to be a really fun way to do an egg hunt--the kids had a blast!
Jase has a pretty good swing for a 3-year-old
The kids made valiant efforts all--but it turns out rainbow pinatas are tougher than they look. After many turns each with not a dent in the pinata, Ethan finally had to finish it off.
Twirling in her new dress that Grammie made.
Chilling out after a long day! Notice the many costume changes throughout these pictures--that's our Greta, a new outfit for every occasion (or part of an occasion!) Happy Birthday Sweetie! We love you!!

A Visit With Santa
I think this was the first year none of the kids were scared to sit on his lap--last year it was Emily!

Trip to San Antonio!
Okay, I'm finally getting around to posting some of these pictures that have been piling up! This is a weekend trip we took to San Antonio for Ethan's birthday back in December: In front of the Alamo
On a boat tour of the Riverwalk. They had christmas lights on all the buildings and hanging from the trees--beautiful!!
