Greta's 5th birthday! Her birthday fell on Easter this year so we celebrated with an Easter-themed party on Saturday. The kids made little Easter baskets and went on an Easter egg/treasure hunt. It turned out to be a really fun way to do an egg hunt--the kids had a blast!

The kids made valiant efforts all--but it turns out rainbow pinatas are tougher than they look. After many turns each with not a dent in the pinata, Ethan finally had to finish it off.

Does Greta remind anybody else of the movie actresses of the golden era? From Greta Garbo to Marilyn Monroe. She has style! What a beautiful dress to twirl in! And that cake! How could you eat it, it is so cute!
